    We want you to be completely satisfied with SlideNarrator. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our AI-powered service.

    Credit Packs

    Non-Refundable

    Once you purchase a credits pack, it is non-refundable. This policy protects our AI processing costs and ensures fair usage.

    Important: Even using just 1 credit from a 100-credit pack makes the entire pack non-refundable.

    Technical Error Protection

    If a technical error prevents your first generation from completing successfully, contact our support team within 48 hours for a courtesy reset. We'll restore your credits so you can try again.

    This protection only applies to technical failures on our end, not user errors or unsatisfactory results from successful processing.

    Monthly Subscription Plans

    Prorated Billing System

    Our subscription system uses prorated billing, which means:

    • When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference for the remaining days
    • When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle
    • You always receive the full value of what you've paid for

    Example: If you upgrade from Premium ($5.99) to Professional ($14.99) on day 15 of a 30-day cycle, you'll only pay $4.50 (half of the $9 difference) immediately.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain access to all features until then.

    No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions due to the prorated billing system ensuring you only pay for what you use.

    Exceptional Circumstances

    In rare cases involving technical issues that prevent service usage for extended periods, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with details of the issue.

    Processing Time

    Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    Note: We can only process refunds to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or accounts.
